We collect information to provide a secure "Society" experience. We categorize this into:

  • Basic Data: Your name, email, phone number, and social media handles.
  • Sensitive Data:
    • Financial Data: Handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Biometric Data: If you enable FaceID/TouchID in the app, this stays on your device; we only receive a "success/fail" token.
  • Location Data: Your IP address and approximate location to prevent fraudulent logins.

How We Use Your Data

  • To Run Your Society: We use your data to manage subscriptions, deliver video, and power the real-time chat.
  • Fraud Prevention: We share data with Payment Processor to identify and block scammers before they can harm a Creator.
  • Notifications: We use Push Notifications to alert you of new content or messages.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with essential partners:

  • Payment Processor: To handle your money and identity verification.
  • Cloud Storage: To host the videos you watch.
  • The Creator: When you join a "Sodality," the Creator of that society receives your username and email so they can manage their community.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred across borders. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer, which we protect using industry-standard encryption.

Your Rights

You have the "Right to be Forgotten" and the "Right to Data Portability":

  • Access & Export: You can download a copy of all your data at any time.
  • Deletion: You can request account deletion via the App Settings. We will purge your data within 72 hours, except for records we are legally required to keep for tax/audit purposes.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You can opt-out of tracking or marketing at any time.
